Reference material elsewhere

Not all look-up tables live here. Two kinds sit closer to the material they describe:

• Roles and permissions matrix — actions as rows, roles as columns, plus the rules for Project-scoped and Site-scoped data, in Permissions and scoping under Administration.
• Per-entity field tables — the fields on each entity, with type, whether the value is required, and a short description, in each feature section. For example, the laboratory entities are documented in the Lab data reference.
