Track site registrations

Record the regulatory programs a Site is enrolled in — for example a state voluntary cleanup program or a federal permit — together with the identifier the program assigned and its issue and expiry dates. Registrations live on the Site's Registrations tab.

Before you start
  • Permission: Adding, editing, or deleting a registration requires the Site Manager role on the Site (regulatory enrollment is treated as site administration, the same level as managing the Site's users and contacts). When the Site is locked, writes are blocked.
  • Prerequisites: The programs you enroll in come from reference data. Make sure the relevant Site Program values exist first — see Manage reference data.

Steps

  1. Go to Data Management → Sites, then select the Site. The Site opens on its Overview page.

  2. Select the Registrations tab.

  3. Select Add. The registration form opens.

  4. Enter the fields:

    FieldRequiredWhat to enter
ProgramYesThe regulatory program, chosen from Select a program (a Site Program reference-data value)
IdentifierNoThe ID the program assigned — leave blank if the enrollment is pending
Issue DateNoThe date the registration took effect
Expiry DateNoThe date it expires; must be on or after the issue date
    NotesNoOptional notes
  5. Select Save. The registration appears in the list.

Result

The Registrations tab lists each enrollment with its Program, Code, Category, Identifier, Issued and Expires dates, and Notes. A registration whose underlying Site Program has been retired shows a flag in the Inactive column. Edit or delete any row from its row menu.
